This service is not on my version of Windows. Some fixes stated to try making sure that the Internet Explorer ETW Collector Service service is enabled. I've tried with DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, I get an error saying it was unable to repair some files. I've tried with sfc /scannow, I get an error saying it found corrupt files and was unable to repair them.
Make sure that "explorerframe.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again. The module "explorerframe.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found dll file by using regsvr32 ExplorerFrame.dll via Administrator in the command line I've checked around, and I've tried a few different fixes for this. It's giving an error of Explorer.exe error, class not registered. Error trying to activate a Windows 10 image on a machine.
